Self-pickup In Warehouse (Click and Collect)
Our
Self-pickup in warehouse option offers you the convenience of placing
an order on https://estore.lthardware.com and subsequently picking up
your item(s) at our warehouses.
Step 1 Place Your Order – Choose the “Self Pickup” option during checkout.
Step
2 Receive Email Confirmation – Once your order is under status
processed/processing, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you
know that it’s ready to pick up.
Step 3 Pick up order at warehouse – Bring your identification and notification email to our warehouse service desk.
*Self-pickup
is subject to stock availability and valid only at the specific
warehouse selected by the customer when placing an order, during store’s
normal operating hours and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order
Pickup Notification email. Most orders are ready within two hours,
however, please allow for extra processing time for items requiring
assembly or for large orders.
*Any
order placed via Self-pickup should be collected within 7 working days
upon notification. Should no one be available to collect the order, it
will be forfeited and strictly non-refundable.
Standard Delivery - 7-14 Working Days
Our
shipping methods for most items are delivered by our own fleet of
motorbikes, vans and small trucks or 3rd Party Logistic (3PL) providers,
only applicable to small parcel order and medium size order not
exceeding 1M3 in volume metric or maximum 3.0M in length.
The
delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest dry area outside
your home; typically the front door, porch, or driveway in front of the
garage. As for multi-story residential & commercial buildings,
delivery will be limited to the security office, main entrance, foyer,
and unloading bay.
Oversize Delivery – 7-14 Working Days
For
large quantity or bulk order items, this may include one or several
deliveries, fulfilled by our own fleet of trucks or 3rd Party Logistic
(3PL) providers. The delivery carrier will bring the item to the closest
dry area outside your home; typically the porch, or driveway in front
of the garage. As for multi-story residential & commercial
buildings, delivery will be limited to unloading bay or any designated
unloading zone. The carrier will contact you to make a delivery
appointment. And, the buyer shall be responsible for providing the
carrier with a safe access road and unloading site.
Split Order Delivery
We
are committed to delivering your order as fast as we can. As such, we
may split your order into multiple deliveries, so that you can plan
ahead with confidence. Or, you may just let us know your priority when
placing the order.
Delivery by Appointment
If
you are frequent travellers, or often not around to receive your order,
don’t worry! Our Delivery by Appointment service allows you to
pre-schedule the delivery at your convenience. Speak to us!
